How to Hot Brew Iced Teas:

• Place the pillow bag in a two-quart pitcher.  Add 170° F (for Green Teas) or 190° to 212°F (for Black Teas) filtered water to halfway full, and brew for 4-5 minutes.  Remove the pillow bag (it's biodegradable, so place the used bag in your compost), and fill the pitcher with ice.  Shake and refrigerate.  Once cool, serve over ice, and enjoy. 

How to Cold Brew Iced Teas:

• Place the pillow bag in a two-quart pitcher.  Add filtered water to the pitcher and brew in the refrigerator or cooler overnight.  Remove the pillow bag (it's biodegradable, so place the used bag in your compost).  Serve over ice and enjoy.
